Our check-in was delayed due to room issues. however, when finally settled, we found the room spacious yet plagued by a persistent sewage smell. Moving rooms was a hassle, especially with my husband's mobility needs.

Breakfast options were delightful, featuring fresh-baked scones and made-to-order omelettes that set a positive tone for the day. The convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. we returned one day to find it unclean and the hair dryer was wrapped in duct tape. Additionally, there was a significant delay in fixing the laundry machines, which impacted our stay negatively.

We visited the LA Zoo and The Greek Theater, both super close. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooms were comfy. The hotel's environment was really nice, and the area felt safe with plenty of restaurants nearby. Perfect for a group getaway!

We stayed in a suite with two double beds, and it was super spacious! The living room area was great for hanging out. The beds and pillows were super comfy, which is a big plus. Loved the free breakfast, especially the omelet station! The hotel felt clean and had a nice vibe with the koi pond in the lobby. However, the pillows were a bit too soft for my family’s liking.
